Telecommunications Line Installation Specialist

eTor Networks is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Line Installer to join our team. As a key member of our network installation team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining aerial and underground telephone equipment, ensuring seamless communication services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment, including cable modems and software to enable Internet access.
- Test equipment to locate transmission faults and complete and maintain test and service reports.
- Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble and work assignments.
- Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers, as well as splice, join, and connect wires.
- Repair or replace defective telephone equipment and maintain equipment and machinery experience with coaxial lines, fibre optics, single lines, and copper.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel as part of your daily tasks.
