Personal Support Worker Opportunity at RT Medical

At RT Medical, we're committed to providing exceptional care services to support our patients and customers in their health and wellness needs. As a Personal Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Accompany clients on outings and exercises
  • Prepare light meals and snacks
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Remind clients to take medication
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers
Requirements:
  • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized program
  • Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, crouch, kneel, and reach
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
  • Updated immunization records, including a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months
  • Clear criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector check
