Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to provide direct care and support to our residents. As a Personal Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of our residents and provide a high level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Work with residents and their families to develop and implement care plans that meet their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support.
  • Support and empower residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
Requirements:
  • PSW Program Certificate or Diploma that meets the appropriate standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities, the National Association of Career Colleges, or the Ontario Community Support Association.
  • Passion and heart for providing quality care and support to residents.
  • Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
  • Ability to communicate positively and effectively with residents, families, and team members.
