Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Part Time

At Southbridge Care Homes, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to provide direct care and support to our residents. As a Personal Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Support your colleagues in providing exceptional care and service.
Requirements:
  • PSW Program Certificate or Diploma that meets the standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities, the National Association of Career Colleges, or the Ontario Community Support Association.
  • Passion and commitment to providing quality care and service.
  • Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
