  • Resort Reservations and Exchanges: Handle resort reservations and exchanges, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless experiences for members.
  • Member Payments and Account Management: Process member payments, update account details, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Membership Benefits and Education: Educate members on their membership benefits, promoting a deep understanding of the value proposition and driving engagement.
  • Member Support and Resolution: Resolve member concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Timekeeping and Attendance: Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Reservation Productivity and Membership Sales: Drive reservation productivity and identify opportunities to upsell profitable products and tours, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Professionalism and Communication: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, providing clear and concise communication to members and internal stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $19.00 per hour plus commissions and/or bonuses governed by a compensation plan.

Requirements and Qualifications:
