About the Role:
Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Director, National Sea Logistics Development, Asia Pacific. As a key member of our Sea Logistics Sales team, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy for Asia Pacific Trade in alignment with company goals across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Asia Pacific Trade and build upon the sales strategy nationally.
- Identify growth opportunities through market knowledge and by leveraging our network.
- Collaborate with overseas offices to drive growth.
- Travel requirements both international and domestic.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years in a sea logistics environment.
- Strong foundation in sea freight sales, operations, pricing, carrier network, and trade lane knowledge.
- College or University diploma or degree in Supply Chain or Logistics a definite asset.
- English communication skills both written and verbal.
