Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, ensuring that all spa services meet our high standards.
  • Client Focus: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, as required.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, ensuring that our spa facilities are well-stocked and equipped.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Client Focus: Strong ability to focus on client needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients and management.
