Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at CANADA INC. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, handle crises with professionalism, and ensure the well-being of our guests.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials and supplies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of spa staff, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a spa or customer service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our spa facilities are fast-paced environments that require standing for extended periods. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a dynamic setting.
