Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and payroll administration.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and integrity in all aspects of work.
Experience:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
