Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures to meet customer demands.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and promotions that meet customer preferences.
- Manage labor costs and schedules to ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
