Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work well under pressure. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organization
