- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we can track our performance and make informed decisions.
- Prepare Food Order Summaries: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that they have the information they need to prepare meals efficiently.
- Supervise and Check Assembly of Trays: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Supervise and Check Delivery of Food Trolleys: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that they are delivered to the correct location and in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
