Role Summary:

The Branch Representative plays a crucial role in managing daily customer interactions, overseeing lubricant and wet stock inventory, facilitating inside sales, and executing branch administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the office team with customer-facing tasks, including inbound and outbound call management, front desk service, order processing, and payment handling.
  • Conduct follow-ups on inside sales, maintain customer accounts, and provide project assistance.
  • Manage lubricant warehouse inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and sales operations.
  • Prepare and report on month-end and year-end inventory activities.
  • Conduct health, safety, and environmental compliance inspections, addressing maintenance and reporting action items.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Mechanical knowledge or relevant experience in the petroleum and propane sectors is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment with customer engagement capabilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse roles as business needs evolve.
  • Availability for occasional weekend shifts may be necessary.
  • Possess a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Solid understanding of safe work practices and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Knowledge of WHMIS and TDG is advantageous.
