Trotman Auto Group, a leading automotive dealership group, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Fixed Operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Parts Department, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase parts sales and revenue
  • Lead and motivate a team of Parts Advisors and support staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage and control parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
  • Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize losses
  • Collaborate with the Fixed Operations Manager to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives
  • Provide training and coaching to Parts Advisors on manufacturer campaigns, bulletins, and warranty procedures
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures, as well as manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Parts Manager in an OEM automotive dealership
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with simultaneous deadlines
