We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at ICB - I CARE BEST INC.

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and caring individual to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks to patients
  • Transport patients between care facilities
  • Answer call signals and respond to patients' needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in healthcare
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
