About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Birchwood Auto Group Partnership. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Issues: Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, and confirm findings with a supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace units.
  • Discuss Work with Supervisor: Collaborate with supervisors to discuss work and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance services to ensure vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Systems: Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Complete Reports: Record problems and work performed in detailed reports to maintain accurate records.
