About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Birchwood Auto Group Partnership. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Issues: Use your technical expertise to identify and repair complex problems with vehicles, working closely with our supervisors to determine the best course of action.
  • Inspect and Test Units: Conduct thorough inspections and tests to locate faults and malfunctions in mechanical units, ensuring that all work is completed to manufacturer specifications.
  • Communicate with Supervisors: Discuss work with supervisors to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance services to ensure that vehicles are running at optimal levels.
  • Review Work Orders: Carefully review work orders to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Systems: Test and adjust repaired systems to ensure that they are functioning correctly and to manufacturer specifications.
  • Complete Reports: Accurately complete reports to record problems and work performed, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
