About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Birchwood Auto Group Partnership. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are safe and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and repair complex vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, and electrical system issues.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Communication: Work closely with customers and colleagues to provide excellent communication and customer service.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other technicians and staff members to ensure that vehicles are repaired efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry through ongoing training and education.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a post-secondary program in automotive repair or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair, with a focus on diagnostic and repair work.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
