Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager at Heat Savers Home Comfort. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment, including forklifts, is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Experience with forklifts and other warehouse equipment is an asset.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
