Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team at Heat Savers Home Comfort. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and stored.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage capacity.
- Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other machinery.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in inventory management software.
