About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager at Heat Savers Home Comfort. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and serviced, including forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of warehouse activities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an asset.
