Technical Analyst

Iron Systems is a leading provider of innovative computing infrastructure platforms, delivering custom-built solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze functional requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Review technical designs and provide guidance to ensure they meet business requirements and support strategic objectives.
- Evaluate risks and predict potential problems, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and flowcharts.
- Lead testing processes and work with the Quality Assurance Analyst to identify and automate tests.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical analysis and programming, with a strong background in collaborative environments and project teams.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with clients, reviewing technical designs, evaluating risks, and developing technical documentation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and Excel Spreadsheets is essential.
- Experience working with government organizations and Content Management Systems such as Drupal is considered an asset.
