Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee earthworks operations, including underground utilities, and ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies to adapt to changing construction environments.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of provincial safety regulations and adhere to company standards.
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in civil construction.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
