Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at B.C. LTD.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Plan and schedule construction activities, including setting up equipment and materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control costs, including estimating materials and labor requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction work.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors and at heights.
Work Environment:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and at heights. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
