About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at NIRVAIR RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Heavy Equipment Operator. This is a permanent position working 35 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Operate cranes, pile driving cranes, gantry cranes, and other heavy equipment to perform tasks such as driving pilings, loading and unloading cargo, and mixing and pouring materials.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by leveling earth, erecting scaffolding, and setting up barricades.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in building demolitions and removing debris from construction sites.
  • Environmental Responsibilities: Contribute to positive environmental outcomes by following company protocols and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
