About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at OH Siding & Construction Ltd. as a Construction Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials

The Construction Laborer will be responsible for loading and unloading construction materials, such as lumber, tools, and equipment, from trucks and other vehicles.

Mixing and Applying Materials

The Construction Laborer will assist in mixing and applying materials such as concrete and asphalt, as well as assisting in the installation of roofing materials.

Site Maintenance

The Construction Laborer will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the construction site, including removing rubble and debris.

Assisting the Construction Team

The Construction Laborer will assist the construction team with various tasks, including framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Work Site Environment

The Construction Laborer will work outdoors in a noisy, dusty environment.

Work Setting

The Construction Laborer will work on a construction site.

Experience

Experience is an asset, but not required.

Language

The Construction Laborer will work in English.

Work Hours

The Construction Laborer will work 40 hours per week.
