About the Role

PAPA CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Tend to or feed machines and equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of physical activity.
  • Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads and working in a variety of weather conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
