About the Role

PAPA CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various construction equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and other machinery.
  • Site Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a safe and clean construction site, including cleaning up spills and removing debris.
  • Assisting Craftsmen: Assist skilled craftsmen, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with their tasks and projects.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor hours.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
