Senior Group Manager, Audit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Group Manager, Audit to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of audit professionals, overseeing audit engagements, and providing guidance and leadership to ensure operational results and professional development objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of audit professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development to ensure operational results and professional development objectives are achieved.
- Audit Engagement Management: Oversee and lead audit engagements, ensuring adequate risk coverage and alignment with the overall audit strategy.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Contribute to the risk assessment process, developing the divisional annual plan and identifying key issues and escalations.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic audit advisor, providing counsel and guidance on audit issues, leading relationships with key enterprise partners, and interfacing with leadership teams.
- Communication and Collaboration: Provide functional and business-level communications, ensuring messages to stakeholders and leaders are consistent, appropriate, and aligned with business strategies and executive management direction.
- Education: Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, accounting designations, or equivalent education.
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in treasury-related roles.
