Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a team of audit professionals to supervise, plan, and execute audits and projects.
  • Provide thought leadership and facilitate strategic discussions with executives.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to ensure operational results and professional development objectives are achieved.
  • Act as a lead audit advisor, providing guidance on emerging trends and issues to the senior leadership team.
  • Identify, mitigate, and report on risk issues, ensuring appropriate escalation processes are followed.
  • Develop and implement the divisional annual plan for the risk assessment process.
  • Lead audit engagement work activities, providing recommendations and decision support to leadership.
  • Be a strategic advisor to the leadership team on portfolio management and financials.
  • Connect with stakeholders to prioritize portfolios and forecast initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures across multiple audit areas.
  • Provide people management leadership, administering performance management activities and providing continuous feedback and training.
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of businesses and organizational practices.
  • Champions in external competition, industry, and market trends.
  • Ardent in processing and handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience auditing infrastructure, including Network, Cloud, Operating Systems, and Databases.
  • A good understanding of risks and controls within a technical environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and apply general and specific administrative policies and procedures.
  • Overall understanding of audit techniques, internal controls, and audit principles.
  • Ability to manage and execute audits, from planning to audit closing.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MSOffice, analytical tools, and Internet applications.
  • A strong negotiator and decision-maker who can influence business leaders.
  • A dynamic leader who can work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
