- Provide people management leadership, administering performance management activities and providing continuous feedback and training.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of businesses and organizational practices.
- Champions in external competition, industry, and market trends.
- Ardent in processing and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Experience auditing infrastructure, including Network, Cloud, Operating Systems, and Databases.
- A good understanding of risks and controls within a technical environment.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and apply general and specific administrative policies and procedures.
- Overall understanding of audit techniques, internal controls, and audit principles.
- Ability to manage and execute audits, from planning to audit closing.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MSOffice, analytical tools, and Internet applications.
- A strong negotiator and decision-maker who can influence business leaders.
- A dynamic leader who can work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
