The role is situated within a hotel, motel, or resort setting, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish work schedules and procedures for the team
  • Perform the same duties as those supervised to maintain operational standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on departmental performance
  • Resolve work-related issues, offering technical advice and recommendations to enhance productivity and quality
  • Assist clients and guests with specific needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Assign, review, and manage work tasks within the team
  • Recruit and train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Maintain the functionality of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary
  • Manage bookings for package tours and provide accurate fare quotes
  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients and manage contracts
  • Assist in the preparation of departmental budgets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and conduct sales calls
  • Utilize MS Office for data processing and basic trend analysis
  • Participate in team meetings to foster communication and collaboration
Supervisory Responsibilities

Technical Skills
