Job Title: Guest Services Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to lead our front office team at Hospitality Company London ON Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless hotel operations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services:
  • Lead a team of front desk staff to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage guest complaints and issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
  • Hotel Operations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and policies.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Fiscal Management:
  • Assist in achieving budgeted occupancy, revenue, and departmental budgets.
  • Manage departmental expenses, including labor costs, to ensure profitability.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a 2-year community college diploma in a related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years front desk experience in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
