Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Facilitate the flow of information within the team.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain office routines.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies.
- Organize and confirm appointments.
- Manage contracts and oversee payroll administration.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages.
- Respond to electronic inquiries and compile relevant data.
- Prepare reports and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in Google Docs, Jira, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Google Drive.
- Purchasing, procurement, and contracts management.
- Human resources and immigration processes.
- Management of reports and records.
- Contract administration and invoicing.
- Project management and payroll services.
