About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Argos Pet Ranch. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to enhance team performance.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the customer service team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized service to meet their expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
