About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at SAVEMORE PLUMBING, HEATING & ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES LTD. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or team lead role
  • Work Environment: Noisy work environment
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and team player
