About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CB ROSS COST CONSULTING INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on construction costs and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to assess construction progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and manage construction budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide expert advice on construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
