Position Overview

As a Financial Records Specialist at Univerus Software Inc, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data. Your expertise will ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Equivalent practical experience may be considered
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and balance various accounts through both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries accurately
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with the following tools is essential:

  • Accounting software
  • MS Excel
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • MS Office Suite
  • Spreadsheet applications
  • Xero
Specialization Area

Your primary focus will be in the field of Accounting.

Transportation and Travel
