Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Retention - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and develop strategies to retain and grow our client base.
- Financial Planning and Advice - Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them to create and implement personalized financial plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
- Product and Service Development - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and work with clients to identify and implement new financial products and services that meet their evolving needs.
- Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Professional Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics, and relevant professional certifications (e.g. CFP, CFA).
- Experience - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a financial services role, with a proven track record of success in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
- Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert financial advice and guidance.
