Job Summary

The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the overall performance and success of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment for customers and employees.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain a strong market presence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring every customer interaction is positive, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Financial Management: Oversee store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to ensure profitability and meet financial targets.
Requirements
  • 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 2 years management experience;
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
