Event Supervisors at Olympic View Golf Club oversee events from start to finish and provide exceptional service to guests. They lead the Event Servers, assist with set-up/tear-down, and collaborate with the Front of House Team to ensure an unforgettable guest experience. This is a part-time role, and the right candidate will be available to work during the day, evening, and weekends. Key responsibilities include overseeing events, assisting with set-up and tear-down, leading a team of Event Servers, and collaborating with the Kitchen Team and guests. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in an events role, including supervising others, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. They will also have high detail-orientation, the ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind, and strong leadership and emotional intelligence.
