Event Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Supervisor to join our team at Olympic View Golf Club. As an Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing events from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee events from start to finish, including setup and teardown.
  • Lead a team of Event Servers and collaborate with the Kitchen Team and guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including communication with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in an events role, including supervising others.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • High detail-orientation and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
