Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at SOI Snacks. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Analyze sales data and operating costs to inform menu planning and pricing decisions.
  • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ingredients and supplies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
