About the Role

The Client Service Administration Support role is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests
  • Manage and maintain client records and databases
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and communications
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • College degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, communications)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
