Responsibilities:- Translate existing designs into various formats and create mechanicals that meet our brand standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely release of artwork and manage schedules effectively.
- Work independently and collaboratively with our team to deliver production-ready mechanicals for print and digital media.
- Develop and maintain Lyft's brand standards, applying typography and color standards to designs for production-ready files.
- Support light motion requests, such as GIF creation or simple text animation.
- Partner with stakeholders on design and execution of executive presentations.
- Ability to generate pixel-perfect production assets that meet required specifications for web, social, and digital media.
- Mastery of design tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch, Google Slides, and Keynote.
- Collaboration and communication skills to work with product marketers, designers, copywriters, producers, motion graphic designers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment and developing iterations of existing designs and concepts.
- Basic experience with motion design and animation.
- Experience with data asset management and file-management systems.
