Job Title: Product Designer

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team at MK Pallets Inc. as a key member of our product development team.

Job Summary:

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. This is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in product design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements
  • Conduct research on cost, properties of production materials, and methods of production
  • Design and develop prototypes using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Analyze user preferences and product functionality
  • Develop design concepts, sketches, and models for approval
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in product design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
