Art Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Art School Manager to join our team at DSJ Dance Studio.
Job Summary:The Art School Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our art school, including managing staff, planning and controlling budgets, and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure the smooth operation of the art school.
- Budgeting and Finance: Plan and control budgets, manage contracts, and ensure the financial stability of the art school.
- Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the art school.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the art school runs smoothly.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Dance academy or school.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication. Flexibility. Judgement. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
