Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, including hiring, training, and supervising.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including managing staff and resources.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Dance academy or school.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail, and physically demanding environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan and health care plan.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
