Job Title: Art School Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Art School Manager to join our team at DSJ Dance Studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dance academy, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive learning environment.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
