Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Team Leader to support our Store Team Leader in enhancing the performance and development of our Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, a collaborative spirit, and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the enhancement of customer service experiences by leading through example, training, and the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the training and development of Store Associates.
  • Oversee the effective execution of merchandising, signage, and maintenance of assigned sections.
  • Ensure optimal positioning and signage for promotional items to drive sales.
  • Assist in the management of promotional activities and sales initiatives.
  • Contribute to planning and executing sale events through various strategies.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of educational events to promote product knowledge.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all business and client information.
  • Exemplify the company culture and values in all interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred education in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Licenses in Hair, Esthetics, or similar fields are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Management experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technical proficiency and aptitude.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Availability required for weekdays and weekends.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on skills and experience, with eligibility for a monthly incentive program upon successful completion of the probation period.
