**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Help with hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with cash handling, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and address any operational issues or concerns.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
